So to start off my list of updates, I’ve added two new short stories to the site, The Dead Vendetta and A Stroke of Luck, which if you haven’t already you should go and read. I’ve also added some things to the Other Works page, where you can find info on my first novel, my current main project, and a novella which I’m editing on the back-burner.
Just look at all those new things to feast your greedy eyes on.
So, between the two descriptions on the pages of the Sandformer and Echo, the only one of my current projects I haven’t talked about is Heat Stroke, which is the third of a planned half a dozen or so stories set in the William Stroker universe. It actually takes place just a short while after the events of A Stroke of Luck, and while I started it back in the middle of 2016, I didn’t have the outline fleshed-out until I bashed it together over the Christmas holidays. Why the six month gap between conception and completed outline? Well, I’d have to go into my writing process to explain that, (besides working on other things in those months) but that’s a blogpost for another time.
Finally, those of you with the keen memory of an elephant may have noticed that this week the progress bars on my current projects have been updated. The Sandformer from 36 to 38% after finishing another chapter, and Heat Stroke from 13 to 28% after getting back into it over the last couple of days. Echo stayed the same, as I haven’t found the time to get around to it yet (I blame the wind and the rain, you know, the typical summer weather).
Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for you today, thanks for reading.
